Membership
Victimization strikes individuals suddenly and leaves them faced with a vast array of difficulties they are unprepared for.
By becoming a member of Police Victim Services of British Columbia, you
will be joining a community of staff and volunteers whose vision is to ensure
that those impacted by crime are respected and supported.
PVSBC offers several membership options to suit your individual needs:

Victim Serving Agency/Program
Membership:
For programs or agencies that provide services to victims/witnesses
of crime or trauma

For any policing agency

For any Victim Services program volunteer or community member who is
interested in victim services

Membership Benefits include:
- Receiving a copy of the Police Victim Services of BC Resource Tool Kit, customized for police victim service programs to search and seek effective resources for client services and support.
- Discounted rates at the annual training symposium
- Eligibility to be a regional or community representative on the Board of Directors
- Receiving national and international updates on issues and bulletins pertaining to the industry and profession of victim services
- Access to the ``Members Only`` section of the PVSBC website www.policevictimservices.bc.ca
- A certificate confirming membership in good standing Invitation to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting
