Evaluating Self-Guided Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Public Safety Personnel

PSPNET, a partnership with the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) invites Canadian Public Security personnel (including police-based victim services workers) to participate in a study to evaluate a Self-Guided (i.e. purely self-help) Internet Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy program (ICBT) for Public Safety Personnel (PSP) across Canada.  ICBT is a therapist-guided program designed to treat a range of mental health problems among Canadian PSP.

Participants in this survey will be given free access to the ICBT treatment program.  Interested participants will be asked to complete an eligibility questionnaire.  If you wish to participate in this study, a question on page 2 of the eligibility questionnaire will ask “What field do you PRIMARILY identify with”, please select the “Other” option and indicate police-based victim services.  To learn more about this study and access the ICBT treatment, visit: https://www.pspnet.ca/self-guided-psp-wellbeing-course/#4.
